Under the UK's Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, LifeTimes Publications is covered by Regulation 13, which specifies exceptions to the right to cancel.
Buyers should be aware, therefore, that they will be unable to cancel their contract to purchase a personalised magazine from LifeTimes Publications once the draft copy has been approved.
In the unlikely event that you decide not to have the magazine printed, you will owe us nothing.
The 25% deposit paid at the start of production is non-returnable.
