Do I have to answer everything in the questionnaire?
Not at all - just the subjects you want us to cover in your magazine. Remember, this is your story, so it's entirely up to you when it comes to choosing which bits to remember and which bits you'd rather forget!
How much detail should I include?
Our questionnaire is specially designed to be user-friendly. Do try to include as many of those all-important little details as you can, however, as this will help us turn your story into a really entertaining read.
How do I forward my photographs?
The best way is to send high-resolution digital photos on a CD to LifeTimes Publications. Photos can also be emailed as Jpegs. Full details will be sent with your questionnaire.
We can also scan photographic prints or negatives, which are sent to us at your own risk. We strongly advise that photographs and negatives are sent by registered post or courier as LifeTimes Publications can take no responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
All photographs and negatives will be returned to you by registered post at an extra charge. Again, LifeTimes Publications can take no responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
What if I change my mind?
A draft copy of the magazine will be forwarded for your approval before it is printed. We want you to be 100% delighted with the result, so we are happy to make any last minute changes or corrections. In the unlikely event that you decide not to have the magazine printed, you will owe us nothing. The 25% deposit paid at the start of production is non-returnable.
Can I order extra copies?
Yes! The basic package includes six copies of your magazine. Any number of extra copies may be ordered at an additional cost of £10 each, which includes postage and packing.
